A single rose quartz eagle — wings fully extended in a gesture of arrival — perches on a smoky quartz cluster. Fabiano carved the wings from two separate rose quartz slabs, matching their grain so precisely that they appear to be a single continuous stone. The eagle's chest catches light with a warmth that changes throughout the day.
The smoky quartz beneath is deliberately dark — almost black at the base, lightening to amber where it meets the eagle's talons. The contrast between the soft pink of the bird and the darkness of the stone creates what Fabiano calls 'dawn' — the moment before the sun breaks the mountain.
"An eagle does not land. It arrives."
